I offer a unique perspective on therapy given I am both a therapist and a USC trained attorney. I have offered therapy to individuals and couples for over ten years. I have also taught a Master’s level course at Chapman University on the subject of substance abuse. Due to my love of education, I offer a need based discount to other therapists and psychology students. The focus of my practice has been anxiety management, improving relationships, and support for recovery from addiction and disordered eating. I prefer a relaxed atmosphere in order to make it easier to tackle uncomfortable topics. Using logic and humor, we can get to the source of limiting beliefs so that you can increase your connections to others, live in the present, and enjoy your life!
